Pick-up is available only from hotels and lodges in Livingstone, Victoria Falls, and Kasane. Private residences and Airbnb locations may require guests to meet at the nearest major hotel.
• Exact pick-up time will be confirmed the day before the tour and will fall between 11:30 and 12:00 AM, depending on your hotel location and border traffic.
• Please be ready at the hotel reception or main entrance at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
• For guests staying in Livingstone or Victoria Falls, the tour includes assisted border crossing at Kazungula. Travelers must carry a valid passport and ensure they have the appropriate visa if required.
• Visa fees (if applicable) are not included and must be paid directly at the border in cash or as advised by immigration officials.
• For guests staying in Kasane, pick-up is direct from your hotel or lodge, with no border crossing required.
• This is a shared group tour. Pick-up times may vary slightly due to multiple hotel collections.
• In case of hotel changes or late arrivals, guests must notify us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid missing the pick-up.
